Between Saturday, February 27 and Monday, February 29, nineteen Tahoe properties went into escrow, including nine Truckee properties and five Squaw Valley homes. The remaining five homes are in the Lake Tahoe basin.
The nine Truckee escrows include one Martis Camp home listed for $9,495,000, two Lahontan lots, a Tahoe Donner home, two Northstar homes, and two properties in Gray's Crossing (one lot and one single-family home).
This spike in activity represents a piqued interest Tahoe real estate with easy access to ski resorts.
In addition to the five Squaw Valley homes in contract over the weekend, three other Squaw Valley homes went into contract since February 1st, totalling eight February contracts, which reflects a significant spike in interest in the valley.
8209 Vahalla Drive in Martis Camp, listed for $9,495,000 went into contract over the weekend.
2215 Silver Fox Court in the Big Springs neighborhood of Northstar went into escrow on Monday, February 29. Bill Dietz represents the seller. Home is listed for $2,650,000.
