Bill holds a BA in History from the University of California at Davis, where he graduated Cum Laude and was awarded membership into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor’s society. He has lived in Tahoe since 1988 and enjoys spending his time skiing, mountain biking, surfing, wakeboarding and traveling with his wife, Kelly, and their two children.
