We love Tahoe and are very proud to contribute to our community. Beyond sponsorships and contributions, we seek ways to get involved, taking a hands on approach to giving back.
Trash Pick-Up
On Friday, April 8, Tahoe Luxury Properties will do our part to clean up the bike path! The TCPUD has cleared the snow off the paved bike path from Dollar Hill to Squaw Valley, making it accessible to walkers and bikers to enjoy this spring weather. However, with the clearing, a significant amount of trash has surfaced. We have a crew of TLUXP volunteers heading out after work on Friday to tackle the Tahoe City to Alpine Meadows section of the trail, and remove all the trash we find!
First-Time Buyers Workshop
On March 24, our very own Amie Quirarte hosted a free community workshop aimed at simplifying the home-buying process for first-time buyers. Amie, along with Katie Rice, Senior Loan Officer with The Rice Team, presented a breakdown of the steps involved in purchasing a home, including the unexpected costs that often blindside buyers. Attendees were exceptionally appreciative. We applaud Amie's dedication to our community.
