The EKN Development group, which recently purchased the Tahoe Biltmore in Crystal Bay, NV for $56,900,000, purchased the site which was the Beesley Cottages, with the intentions of creating a create a luxury beachfront clubhouse. The beach club, at 6674 North Lake Boulevard, will provide a wedding and event venue, bridal suites, and a full-service food and beverage amenities. The club all-hour concierge services will arrange access to amenities and activities including cabanas, beach chairs, umbrellas, and watercraft. The property's buoys and the pier will moor the resort’s private boats, providing direct access to the lake.
