In the same area, there are currently five pending lakefront sales totaling $111,300,000 (in asking price), with the top sale being a home listed for $44,000,000 that went into contract after seven days on the market. Similarly, 1165 Lakeshore Boulevard, listed at $16,900,000, went into contract within 4 days of coming on the market.
In the past three days, we have see 18 single-family homes in Incline Village & Crystal Bay go into escrow, totaling $85,562,000.

To add some scope, the 2010 census states the population of Incline Village as 8,777 and the population of Crystal Bay as 305. In 2015, 190 single-family homes sold in Incline Village & Crystal Bay totaling $252,689,974 for the year.
This surge of activity reflects the increased demand for the Lake Tahoe region, alongside the tax benefits that come with Nevada residency.
