Concierge Manager - FILLED The main purpose of the Concierge Manager is to craft unique experiences for our guests that will add value to their stay and help to create lasting memories. Tahoe Luxury Properties prides itself in providing the highest level of client customer service, which you will be expected to uphold. In order to be successful in this position, you will need to garner extensive local knowledge of the area, activities, restaurants, trails, resorts, services, vendor offerings, etc. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver accurate information to our guests. You will need to be resourceful and capable of procuring mutually beneficial vendor relationships. You will be expected to track and invoice guest charges in a timely and accurate manner. This part of the job will rely heavily on time management, spreadsheet skills, and knowledge of basic bookkeeping principals. You must be diligent and detailed in your recordkeeping, the specific methods of which can be discussed with our Financial Controller upon your hire. Operations Staff Duties include: Working closely with other members of the operations department to address and resolve any issues with the homes on our program. Assistant to the Operations Manager - FILLED Assist the Operations Manager in daily duties including scheduling, overseeing, and communicating home services and general maintenance for the vacation rental program, which includes over 150 luxury vacation rental properties. Excellent communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an assistant role. This is a fast-paced environment and requires strong organization skills and attention to detail.
