It may be May10th, but from the looks of it out the office window, it feels more like the middle of winter. Yet another late season storm is dumping more snow on the Tahoe Basin. As we speak, there are reports of snowfall totals nearing a foot at upper elevations, and at least six inches at lake level. At times, you can't even see across the street!
While everyone is trying to make the best of it and focus on how good the snow is for the lake level and water suppy, it's hard not to be ready for spring when a few days ago it was T-shirt and shorts weather! But that's life in the mountains, and it just means that were going to have a fabulous summer!
