View of Snow and Lake Tahoe from Alpine Meadows
Tahoe Luxury Properties checked in with some friends at nearby ski resorts this morning, and simply put, their excitment higher than the snow totals! Squaw Valley's base area has received 28 inches of new snow; and Alpine Meadows' upper mountain has piled on a whopping 36 inches of snow during the past two days.
We love receiving phone calls from our guests this time of year. Why? The season's first snow brings out the kid in everyone! During the past few days, we've had the best conversations with fellow snow-lovers who are either planning, quote, "a most excellent ski vacation"; or to bring the kids up this weekend to make snow angels.
Vacation rentals gain an unexplainable element of pure fun with a fresh layer of snow garnishing the roofs and eaves. Enjoy some new images, and we'll keep you posted on additional snow.
